In this 3 step process, we first meet to identify your building brief and establish a budget for the new home you’re looking to build. Following this consultation, our inhouse designer will draw up some detailed sketch designs and our estimator will price up the key elements, so you have a clearer budget figure.
Once completed, we meet again to run through the design and pricing with you. Whilst we invest over 16 hours in this process, we provide this service for FREE. This way, you know what budget you’re looking at and can assess why you should choose Cachet as your builder.
