- We listen to your brief and budget, and design your home to meet both these goals, providing you with various options and approaches to give you budget choice;
- Cachet include fixed price earthworks, prelim costings and costs associated with the local coastal conditions (where applicable) – you receive no hidden costs or open provisional sums;
- Majority of Perth based builders charge a Peel area loading – a fee not required with Cachet due to the use of our local master tradesmen and suppliers.
