Once you’ve signed your contract to build with Cachet Homes, your project moves into the capable hands of our Client Liaison team. At Cachet, you are assigned your own personal Client Liaison Officer, who will follow you through from now until the end of Construction, knowing your home inside and out.
You will now complete what is known as a ‘prestart’ meeting. This is the fun bit because it’s where you’re able to add your personal touch to the new home design and really make the home your own. Prior to the meeting, you will be provided with a ‘Pre-start Pack’ incorporating your plans, addenda, checklist and any product brochures and information relevant to your build. You will then be invited to an appointment at our Mandurah based office showroom to view our selections in the flesh.
Pre-start is an exciting time for anyone who is about to embark on the home building process. But it can also be a bit daunting. The selections chosen at this time will in many ways shape the appearance and character of your new home for years to come, so we highly recommend you do a bit of research on the overall look and feel you’re trying to create before coming into your meeting. The more pictures and products you can bring along with you the better! This will enable that you get exactly what you’re after with the help of our experienced prestart consultants to guide you through the process.
Stephanie Newbey is our Prestart Consultant and your dedicated Client Liaison.
